The role
Lead creation of compelling technical proposal narratives that align with strategic objectives and win themes, translating complex IT solutions into clear, persuasive content.
Own the development of content for specific proposal sections, from ideation through final reviews, in collaboration with sales, engineering, and solutions architecture.
Independently gather, organize, and synthesize information from diverse stakeholders and conduct internal SME interviews to populate government responses.
Contribute to overall solutioning and strategy sessions, asking clarifying questions to guide content development and ensure compliance.
Execute and refine content through color-team reviews, maintain adherence to Shipley methodology, and manage past performance and technical volumes.
Stay current on IT trends, apply knowledge management practices, and leverage basic generative AI to enhance tone, consistency, and efficiency.
