The role
Lead data science efforts on a high-throughput immune profiling platform to accelerate vaccine candidate design.
Build, run, and refine sequencing analysis pipelines; translate results into actionable program decisions.
Collaborate with wet-lab and computational teams to design assays and expand platform capabilities.
Engineer data features for predictive modeling and antigen design by integrating diverse data sources.
Create clear visualizations and dashboards and effectively communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
Maintain reproducible data workflows and explore cutting-edge methods to advance platform development.
