The role
Provide direct inpatient physical therapy to patients from birth through geriatric in a hospital setting.
Deliver evidence-based treatment plans that meet departmental standards and support patient goals.
Document care timely to support medical necessity and accurate billing.
Collaborate with the Rehabilitation Services team, supervise as appropriate, and educate patients, families, and caregivers.
Engage in discharge planning and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and licensure/certification.
Eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $15,000, with competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities.
