The role

As a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, you’ll manage cases from intake through settlement or trial.
You’ll investigate claims, develop litigation strategies, draft and argue motions, and handle discovery and depositions.
You’ll represent clients in court and at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials while maintaining compliance.
You’ll review medical records, organize supporting documentation, and leverage case management software in a paperless environment.
You’ll communicate with clients, experts, witnesses, and opposing counsel to gather information and provide updates.
You’ll stay current on case law, statutes, and procedural rules through ongoing research and professional development.
