The role
As a Maintenance Electrician with an electrical bias, you will maintain and upgrade critical electrical systems, including modular UPS, ensuring availability and safety on client sites.
Respond to breakdowns within SLA, perform reactive maintenance, and provide emergency response when issues arise.
Conduct site surveys, produce method statements and risk assessments, and interpret technical drawings for installations and upgrades.
Monitor environmental conditions, equipment loading, and power quality, coordinating with teams for timely incident resolution.
Ensure compliance with CDM, health and safety processes, COSHH, and other safety standards; maintain documentation and incident reporting.
Desirable: BMS/HVAC experience, 18th edition certification, Authorized Person status (AP15/12), water hygiene knowledge (L8), IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications.
