The role
The role provides flexible and proactive sales support and administrative assistance to the Business Unit Leader and Business Development Manager, helping drive business development and coordinate team activities.
You will manage the sales pipeline, bids, proposals, and related documentation (RFPs, RFIs, ITTs), and assist in pricing and subcontractor coordination for opportunities.
Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating sales meetings and calls for senior team members, and tracking pre-qualification questionnaires to ensure timely completion.
You will support mobilisation of new contracts, organize monthly Business Unit Review packs, and manage diaries, travel, and emails for senior staff.
Additional duties include maintaining QHSE reporting and compliance records, tracking holidays and absences, and organizing occasional team events to foster a positive culture.
The role requires collaboration with managers to support team development, share best practices, and promote the organization’s values in a proactive, detail-oriented manner.
