Drive core technology development for large language model code directions by continuously optimizing code comprehension, reasoning, and generation capabilities.
Improve code understanding and generation within real-world production codebases to enhance service performance and privacy compliance.
Explore Code Agent capabilities suitable for production environments to improve R&D efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to scalable AI solutions, including high-impact research and practical deployment.
Minimum qualifications include a PhD with strong ML/LLM research, proficiency in C/C++ or Python, and a track record of publications or competitive achievements.
