The role
The Human Resources Business Partner in Wigston supports site leadership in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with global and regional frameworks. The role involves building strong relationships with trade unions, leading cultural transformation, and coaching managers on people management practices. The candidate will oversee workforce planning, manage employee engagement initiatives, and ensure legal compliance across industrial relations and employment law. They will also manage talent development, oversee HR operations, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes. A successful applicant will have strategic, relational, and operational skills, including change management and stakeholder influence.
