Provide premium DB2 on Mainframe (z/OS) administration and application support for client environments.
Create, maintain, and optimize DB2 objects, tablespaces, backups, restores, and reorganizations across multiple subsystems.
Monitor and tune performance, including buffer pools and SQL, and perform space calculations for new environments.
Lead disaster recovery activities, DR testing, and ensure DR readiness per client requirements.
Assist with client migrations and transitions, coordinating with project managers to meet timelines.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams while following ITSM change control and on-call responsibilities.
