Lead enterprise risk management initiatives across safety, programmatic, and financial risk, assessing current baselines, maturity, and pain points.
Apply consultative skills to guide leaders on risk identification, assessment, mitigation planning, and reporting.
Partner with senior client personnel to shape the vision for the first enterprise-wide Risk Management Solution, aligning governance and decision rights to mission outcomes.
Develop cross-functional strategies that unify risk into a single framework and operating rhythm, translating requirements into an IT-enabled dashboard for leadership insight.
Participate in executive working sessions, strategic assessments, and design reviews to validate approach and ensure adoption-ready dashboards.
Role requires active Secret clearance and up to 50% travel; located in Azerables.
