A Cloud Engineer is responsible for supporting and developing IT platforms across both on-premise and cloud environments. They ensure platform stability, high service availability, and efficient incident resolution while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives involving automation and tooling. The role requires technical expertise in cloud technologies, identity and access management, and scripting, with a focus on troubleshooting complex issues. The engineer will manage systems such as Citrix, Active Directory, M365, and monitoring solutions, maintaining documentation and sharing knowledge within the team.
