The IT Manager oversees the reliable operation of IT services across multiple venues and the support centre, managing incidents, SLAs, backups, and business continuity plans. They lead technology project implementations including new venue openings, upgrades of EPOS, WiFi, and payment systems, and translate strategic roadmaps into actionable plans. The role involves managing relationships with IT suppliers, handling contract renewals, and ensuring effective stakeholder communication with various operational teams. Daily cyber security and compliance tasks include patching, MFA, endpoint management, and adherence to regulations like GDPR and PCI DSS. Candidates should have experience in multi-site hospitality or retail environments, along with skills in Microsoft 365, Azure, and technical system integrations. Knowledge of automation tools and standards such as ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials enhance candidacy, alongside a pragmatic approach and collaborative mindset.
