Own and deliver plant-wide capital expansion projects, including scope development, vendor evaluation, ROI analysis, and scheduling.
Lead large-scale CAPEX initiatives ($1M+), manage contractors, and present progress to executives.
Develop and interpret machine specifications and plant layouts using AutoCAD and 2D drafting.
Drive cost reduction through OEE improvements, energy optimization, material handling, and process enhancements; lead kaizens and problem-solving activities.
Collaborate with city planning, permitting, and building modifications (utilities, power distribution, plumbing) to ensure compliant project execution.
Apply Lean manufacturing principles, standard work, visual management, risk assessment, budgeting, and project management to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
