You will design and implement novel algorithms to advance multimodal LLMs and Generative AI foundations.
Scale training on large GPU clusters and optimize distributed workflows for pre- and post-training phases.
Tackle low-level training stack optimizations, including CUDA kernels, communication collectives, and network I/O.
Utilize and extend leading frameworks such as NeMo, Megatron Core, PyTorch, JAX, vLLM, and TensorRT.
Collaborate in an Agile, self-organizing environment to prototype, evaluate feasibility, and deliver high-impact features.
Communicate progress clearly to both technical and business partners, driving reliability and scalability.
