This on-site Construction Estimator supports preconstruction for complex commercial projects.
Develop accurate estimates covering material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to define scope and pricing strategy.
Review historical bid performance and monitor industry trends to inform bid decisions.
Ensure estimates are complete, constructable, and properly documented with clear assumptions and revisions.
Participate in post-award reviews and drive continuous improvement of estimating methods.
