Industrial Engineer

Role focuses on optimizing line speed, direct/indirect labor, cycle checks, workstation assignments, and line balancing. Utilize lean concepts to identify and eliminate waste and conduct time/motion studies to drive efficiency. Support the IE manager and IE supervisor with technical services to maintain lean manufacturing and appropriate manning levels. Responsibilities include change control, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the assembly line. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop actionable recommendations, and implement improvements. Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate metrics into tangible productivity gains.
