Lead and develop an in-person events team to promote a home improvement brand at shows, fairs, and festivals across Northwest Ohio.
Source, book, and manage weekend events within your territory and generate leads that translate into sales from each booth.
Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of Event Demonstrators; ensure safe setup and teardown of promotional booths.
Plan schedules and calendars for you and your team, coordinating logistics and event timelines.
Maintain weekly productivity, labor, inventory, and budget tracking; set and drive event-level goals.
Communicate regularly with supervision and other departments, and actively prospect customers by phone.
