Lead Engineer of Record for site civil land development projects across Florida, overseeing plans, specifications, and construction documents.
Direct design teams to deliver high-quality, code-compliant solutions on schedule and within budget.
Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, proposals, and project scoping to win opportunities.
Obtain permits from local, state, and federal agencies and ensure compliance during construction.
Collaborate with contractors during construction, provide technical oversight, resolve field issues, and maintain quality control.
Mentor junior staff, contribute to department growth, and expand capabilities in stormwater, permitting, and utility design.
