仕事内容
Lead and mentor teams of scientists and engineers focused on computer vision, sensor fusion, and ML for on-device and cloud deployments.
Architect and improve hybrid cloud-edge ML solutions, data curation, training, evaluation (including shadow/online experiments), deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
Own the model lifecycle end-to-end and develop the core AI platform powering safety insights at fleet scale.
Collaborate with firmware, full-stack, and platform teams to deliver reliable, low-latency features grounded in road rules (stop signs, speed limits).
Contribute to AI product roadmaps, stay connected to research, and champion inclusive leadership and customer-focused outcomes.
Lead hiring and development of an inclusive, high-performing team and drive impact across global offices and remote teams.
