Sr. Machine Learning Engineer, Ads Ranking
仕事内容
Own the development of state-of-the-art ML projects for ads conversion modeling and optimize the heavy ranker stage.
Design features and build large-scale, low-latency ML models to improve user ads action prediction.
Develop techniques for inferring user interests from online activity and mine text and visual signals to understand intent.
Collaborate with product and sales teams to design and implement new ad products and mentor engineers on the conversion modeling team.
Tackle challenges such as user sequence modeling, embedding features, model quantization, RoAS optimization, and utility alignment.
Requirements: MS or PhD in CS/Statistics; 3+ years in industry building ranking or recommender models; strong mathematical and communication skills; cross-functional collaboration.
