仕事内容

A Junior Data Analyst in Toronto supports the implementation of web analytics solutions using GA4, GTM, and other platforms to turn data into actionable insights. They monitor web performance, identify trends, and produce regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and scorecards. The role involves developing KPIs and measurement frameworks aligned with business goals, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver data-driven recommendations. The ideal candidate possesses experience in Google Analytics 4, data visualisation tools, and basic coding skills, along with strong communication abilities. They are curious, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. A background in digital analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, or BigQuery is advantageous.
