The successful candidate will work closely with developers to uphold high code quality, participate in CI/CD pipelines, and manage defects with tools like JIRA. They will foster a quality-centric culture within the team, mentoring others on testing best practices and root cause analysis. Proficiency in API testing, test design, defect management, and automated testing frameworks is essential. Experience with microservice architectures, performance, and security testing will be advantageous in this capacity.
