IT Field Support Specialist – Retford

An IT Field Support Specialist will be responsible for providing first and second line IT support onsite at West Burton, monitoring network and telecommunications systems, and supporting desktop applications including Microsoft Office 365. They will serve as the primary contact for IT issues at the site, assisting with troubleshooting, user support, and supporting video conferencing technologies. The role involves collaborating with teams to resolve complex issues and supporting IT projects. Candidates should have an HNC in Computing or equivalent experience, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Mac, Linux operating systems, and Office software. The position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering timely IT support service.
