仕事内容
Prepare budgets, estimates, and prebid packages for CM and hard bid construction projects.
Perform quantity takeoffs, review documents, and identify risks and opportunities to ensure bid accuracy.
Lead and coordinate the estimating team; supervise others as assigned; contribute to proposals and interviews for new business.
Build and maintain relationships with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to exceed customer expectations.
Attend owner, architect, and contractor meetings; review plans and ensure adequate bidder participation from subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitor estimated versus actual costs, maintain cost histories/database, and support subcontractor database management.
