Inventory & Logistics Manager

Oversee inventory accuracy and availability across the main warehouse and four storage locations. Maintain and improve inventory-tracking systems to ensure clean, reliable data in existing software. Plan inventory levels based on sales trends and seasonal demand to minimize shortages and excess stock. Coordinate purchasing and replenishment by working directly with suppliers and vendors. Lead and support inventory and warehouse staff through training, scheduling, and day-to-day oversight. Travel monthly to each storage location to support oversight and share insights with leadership for informed decision-making.
