The role involves carrying out carpentry, basic plumbing tasks, fitting and repairing kitchens, working on timber sash windows, and painting. Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence, experience with social housing and domestic projects, and work on voids and tenanted properties, with a clean DBS check. The role offers hourly pay between £22 and £24, with the potential for permanent employment after six months, including a pension scheme. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 with overtime opportunities available. Equipment such as a company van and fuel card are provided, supporting mobility across locations.
