The role
A Carpenter / Multi Trade is required in Glasgow for property maintenance work across various sites. The role involves carrying out carpentry, basic plumbing tasks, fitting and repairing kitchens, working on timber sash windows, and painting. Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence, experience with social housing and domestic projects, and work on voids and tenanted properties, with a clean DBS check. The role offers hourly pay between £22 and £24, with the potential for permanent employment after six months, including a pension scheme. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 with overtime opportunities available. Equipment such as a company van and fuel card are provided, supporting mobility across locations.
