Prepare sophisticated plan design proposals and financial analyses for non-qualified executive benefit programs, supporting both new client acquisition and ongoing client servicing.
Develop and maintain funding models and conduct detailed analyses using Excel and multiple insurance carrier software programs.
Provide assumptions, recommendations, and follow-up analyses in a timely manner to inform client decisions.
Collaborate with Senior Consultants to model, tailor, and implement plan designs and funding solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with insurance carriers to understand product applications and expand service offerings.
Ensure data confidentiality, adapt to a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects, and travel up to 5% as needed while working in-office in Lake Mary, FL.
