仕事内容
Lead and develop an in-person events team to promote a home improvement brand across Northwest Ohio, overseeing an Event Department and Demonstrators.
Identify, book, and schedule shows and events each weekend within your territory and manage all booth operations.
Generate high-quality leads and drive sales and profitability from event presence through dynamic demonstrations and interactions.
Recruit, hire, train, and mentor Demonstrators while ensuring safe booth setup and teardown at every event.
Plan and coordinate calendars, budgets, inventory, and reporting; track productivity and deliver weekly performance updates.
Weekend availability required; valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; ability to stand for extended periods; strong interpersonal, communication, and computer literacy skills.
