Cyber Security Analyst

The Cyber Security Analyst will monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts across SIEM platforms and ticketing systems, guiding incidents from detection to resolution.
Participate in on-call rotations to support live security incidents and coordinate with IT service management tooling.
Act as a subject matter expert for nominated security technologies, ensuring effective configuration, optimization, and knowledge sharing.
Support assurance activities related to Managed Security Service Providers and continuously improve SecOps processes and documentation.
Investigate security events, perform vulnerability analysis, and translate threat intelligence into actionable detection improvements; process indicators of compromise and indicators of attack to enhance rules.
Conduct proactive threat hunting and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to strengthen overall security posture, including confidential eDiscovery investigations when required.
