Senior Electrical & Mechanical Estimator

The Senior Electrical & Mechanical Estimator at Arcadis leads the development and delivery of accurate, risk-informed cost estimates for multidisciplinary engineering and construction projects. The role involves working across project lifecycle stages from concept to delivery, ensuring estimates adhere to recognised standards like CESMM4, ICMS2, and ICMS3. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining cost structures, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs, and preparing detailed estimates and benchmarking analyses. The estimator supports cost assurance, validates estimates, mentors junior staff, and presents findings to stakeholders. Proficiency in cost modelling tools, risk analysis, and stakeholder management, along with experience in sectors such as energy, defence, and infrastructure, are essential.
