仕事内容
As an Assistant Construction Estimator, you will support the preconstruction and bidding process on diverse projects.
You will review drawings, plans, and specifications to produce accurate quantity take-offs.
Assist in preparing estimates, budgets, and proposals and ensure bids align with project scope.
Solicit and coordinate 3–5 qualified bids per trade or vendor group and conduct site visits as needed.
Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and subcontractors to support bid deliveries.
Maintain organized documentation and provide general preconstruction support with strong attention to detail.
