Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope to develop comprehensive bid packages and cost plans.

Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
Prepare and present estimates in a clear, organized format with supporting documentation.
Support site visits and in-office work as needed to gather information and finalize proposals.
