Multi trade Plumber – Sunderland

This role involves performing various maintenance tasks including plumbing, tiling, decorating, and shopfitting. The successful candidate will undertake kitchen, bathroom, and flooring refurbishments, as well as fixing locks, hanging doors, and resolving plumbing issues. They will collaborate with team members or work independently on technical repairs and installations, including basic roof work and gardening tasks. Applicants should have an NVQ 2 in Plumbing, a CSCS card, and proven experience in general building maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills and a valid driving licence are essential, with willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
