Staff Machine Learning Engineer - End to End Autonomy

Lead the strategy and development of end-to-end autonomous driving AI initiatives, collaborating with research and production teams to accelerate deployment.
Design, develop, experiment, and benchmark ML models for end-to-end autonomous driving, covering data strategy, multistage training, model selection, evaluation, and deployment.
Identify opportunities, resolve ambiguities, and drive the transfer of successful research efforts into production paths.
Scale ML pipelines to support large foundation models and optimize edge deployment for state-of-the-art architectures.
Collaborate across time zones with Data, Perception, Simulation, and Research teams to define interfaces and requirements for an end-to-end stack, influencing cross-organizational decisions.
Initiate, lead, and mentor ML best practices across teams to raise engineering standards and impact.
