Logistics Supervisor - Transportation, Air & Fleet (Day Shift)

Oversees daytime transportation operations, including air cargo coordination, ground courier routes, and fleet readiness across multiple sites.
Manages weekly schedules for Air Couriers, Day Ground Couriers, and Lead Couriers to ensure full route coverage.
Coordinates Airway Bills (AWBs), flight bookings, shipment tracking, handoffs, and proactive management of delays or reroutes.
Partners with Dispatch and Logistics leadership to optimize routes, resolve issues, and maintain service-level standards; provides hands-on support as needed.
Maintains safety, compliance, packaging and documentation standards; monitors vehicle maintenance and fleet readiness.
Leads coaching and onboarding efforts, conducts one-on-one check-ins, and collaborates across sites to drive continuous process improvements.
