Manager, Viral & Influencer Marketing

Lead the day-to-day execution of viral and influencer marketing across the roster, partnering with the head of Digital Marketing to drive campaigns for key releases and artist projects.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, manage outreach, and coordinate content across owned and partner networks.
Track and aggregate influencer content across social platforms to ensure alignment with artist partners and campaign goals.
Identify and engage with content creators unique to each platform, using data to scale campaigns and maximize organic and paid impressions.
Lead cross-department collaboration to develop digital marketing plans for artist releases, with emphasis on short-form content and scalable strategies.
Measure performance, optimize strategies, and be a trusted resource for best practices in influencer and viral marketing.
