Lead electrical and power system design for large-scale capital projects across facilities.
Serve as project lead and SME for electrical systems, ensuring design excellence and robust execution.
Drive capital programs from scoping to commissioning with cross-site coordination and extensive training travel.
Design and optimize electrical systems including power distribution, controls, HV to LV, drives, and motors.
Develop and implement PLC-based controls using Allen-Bradley and Siemens platforms; leverage DCS where applicable.
Requires a BS in Engineering, proven leadership, and willingness to work at a new state-of-the-art facility in Defiance, Ohio, with extensive onboarding travel.
