Coordinate daily dispatching of commercial drivers and equipment to meet operational needs.
Serve as primary point of contact for drivers, field teams, and leadership on schedules, routes, and assignments.
Monitor driver availability, equipment readiness, and dispatch efficiency while maintaining up-to-date driver qualification files.
Oversee TxDOT, DOT, and FMCSA compliance, including CDL licensing, medical cards, renewals, and record tracking.
Support onboarding, orientation, and ongoing compliance training; assist with accident documentation and incident follow-up.
Prepare for audits and regulatory reviews, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions to ensure regulatory readiness.
