Lead strategy and development of end-to-end autonomous driving research initiatives, spanning onboard and offline applications, across cross-organ tech leads.
Bridge research and production by identifying opportunities, resolving ambiguities, and transferring successful research into production paths.
Design, implement, experiment with, and benchmark ML models for end-to-end driving, including data strategy, multistage training, evaluation, and deployment.
Scale ML pipelines for large foundation models and optimize edge deployment to meet state-of-the-art architectures.
Collaborate across time zones with Data, Perception, Simulation and TRI Research teams to define interfaces and drive technical decisions.
Initiate and mentor best practices in ML, contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
