Drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service as an Inside Sales Associate in a busy branch.
Interact with customers in person, by phone, email, and text to uncover needs and opportunities.
Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate pickup or delivery using the ERP system.
Collaborate with the sales team and cross-functional colleagues to meet branch sales and profitability goals.
Develop and maintain product knowledge across building materials and related solutions while ensuring accurate records.
Requirements include a high school diploma, at least two years of relevant experience, strong computer skills, and bilingual Spanish preferred.
