Software Engineer, Trustworthy AI - Enterprise AI

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join the Enterprise AI - Trustworthy AI team to build end-to-end AI development tooling with traceability, safety, privacy, and reliability in production.
You will develop core Enterprise AI features related to Trustworthy AI, collaborating with product managers and engineers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand timelines and feedback and translate them into effective AI tools and workflows.
Participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to code reviews, and continuously drive improvements for the team and the business.
Required: at least 3 years of backend development experience with Go and hands-on experience with deployment infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Kubernetes), monitoring, and debugging.
Nice-to-haves include AI/Trustworthy AI experience, MLFlow, full-stack capabilities, and strong Git-based collaboration; hybrid work policy with 3 days in the office per week.
