Senior Manager, Computer Vision

Lead and grow teams of scientists and engineers specializing in computer vision, sensor fusion, and ML to deliver end-to-end CV solutions for safety applications. Own the model lifecycle across edge and cloud, including data curation, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration. Architect and optimize hybrid cloud-edge ML pipelines, ensuring low latency and high precision in real-world driving scenarios. Collaborate with firmware, full-stack, and Platform teams to ground detections in the rules of the road and ship reliable features. Hire, mentor, and develop an inclusive, high-performing team while championing customer-centric, long-term product thinking. Engage with customers and success teams to translate metrics into value, with travel up to 5% and remote work within Canada.
