Lead design, development, and deployment of offline perception modules for automated annotation of multi-sensor data (cameras, LiDAR, radar).
Advance active learning and pseudo-labeling techniques, including 2D/3D object detection, tracking, and fusion, to improve annotation quality.
Own data ingestion, preparation, governance, and tooling for large, multi-faceted datasets used by analytics and perception teams.
Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and drive best practices in ML experimentation, versioning, CI/CD, and documentation.
Define metrics for auto-labeling quality, build visualization products, and enable data accessibility for internal customers.
Stay current with AI/ML advances in autonomous perception, evaluate new techniques, and contribute to scalable ML operations and cloud-based workflows.
