Lead the analytics strategy for the core product experience of a leading consumer email app, spanning engagement, retention, and long-term value.
Direct and mentor a team of data scientists focused on the user experience across Desktop & Apps, Platforms, AI & Personalization.
Own end-to-end analytics, define key metrics, build scalable reporting, and design a robust experimentation program.
Be hands-on with Python and SQL to uncover drivers of user behavior, friction points, and opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and UX to guide roadmaps and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Foster curiosity, analytical rigor, and storytelling to drive data-driven decision-making across squads and initiatives.
