Lead Backend Developer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend services using Golang, Java, or Python.
Collaborate with product, frontend, DevOps, and QA to deliver secure, resilient, cloud-ready APIs.
Drive performance, reliability, and secure coding practices, including authentication and data protection.
Design REST and/or event-driven APIs, implement CI/CD with DevOps, and participate in code reviews and architecture decisions.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Foster Agile practices and contribute to documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
