Lead a 23-person site organization spanning supply chain, customer service, procurement, SAP IT, and warehouse operations in New Jersey.
Develop, implement, and optimize supply chain strategies with cross-functional teams and align globally with a sister site in Hitachi, Japan.
Provide SAP improvement guidance and lead the North American customer service function to design and execute optimized processes.
Own planning horizons from 0-3 months to a five-year strategy, identifying models and options to improve service, cost, and investment.
Drive process simplification, standardization, Lean/Six Sigma projects, and ensure data integrity across systems.
Oversee financial controls and inventory strategies, including SOX compliance, FPDE, IDS, and credit management for North America.
