Compliance Officer – Nottingham

The Compliance Officer in Nottingham supports technical and health and safety compliance activities, working closely with technical teams. They manage logging information and tasks using Concept, ensuring statutory compliance and timely completion of duties. The role involves tracking audit tasks and health & safety documentation, including risk assessments, across the organisation. It requires strong stakeholder relationship skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. The officer will oversee CAFM systems, monitor SLAs, coordinate subcontractor activities, and maintain accurate compliance records. Additional responsibilities include supporting health & safety reporting, incident investigations, risk management, and fulfilling Duty Manager duties as needed.
