Manufacturing Director

Lead and optimize a high-volume, high-mix electro/mechanical hardware manufacturing operation. Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Own factory readiness, process standardization, and capacity/capital planning, including automation initiatives. Develop and execute a multi-program manufacturing strategy and roadmaps, coordinating with research, product introduction, and engineering teams to align technology and production goals. Manage functional budgets and ensure a successful Transition to Production; model capacity, optimize capital utilization, and monitor performance metrics. This role requires extensive operations leadership, experience with APQP/AS9145 or equivalent, Lean Six Sigma, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams; on-site with a 9/80 schedule and an active Secret clearance.
