Lead the design and deployment of End-to-End ML models that map multi-modal sensor data to driving actions or cost functions.
Architect scalable, multi-task pipelines combining perception, prediction, and control with both real-world and synthetic data.
Advance objectives aligned with safety, comfort, compliance, and efficiency; prototype differentiable planning, imitation learning, RL, and world models.
Establish robust evaluation frameworks including closed-loop simulation and on-road validation; mentor teams on experimentation and debugging.
Collaborate with Perception, Prediction, and Motion Planning to ensure interface consistency between learned and modular components.
Stay at the frontier of ML research, exploring foundation models, sequence modeling, self-supervision, and generative representations.
